To address the skilled labour shortage in Canada, for the last a few years, LECC has been working hard with their partner recruitment companies and training facilities to prepare high quality candidates for their Canadian employers. All of the pre-selected candidates are using those facilities for their English and to familiarize them with Canadian code and safety standard. All the candidates have 5 or more years of experience in their respected trade and certificate in their home country. Some of them have international certificates, worked on international projects or overseas.

本协会中国沈阳金康桥经济技术咨询公司经过多次友好讨论，建立了战略合作关系，并委托中国沈阳金康桥经济技术咨询公司作为协会在中国代表加中科技产业协会负责在中国开展为加拿大招聘、培训所需熟练工人的工作。其职责包括宣传协会、与各级政府有关部门和有关组织联络、协助国内合格的人员办理赴加熟练工人的宣传、招聘、培训及手续办理等相关事宜。

接待安排：中关村科技园区提供考察团成员由12月21日下午到达驻地后至12月24日早餐,园区内访问期间的食宿和统一活动的交通车辆。其他费用由考察团成员自理。
